Arnaud ROUGER est né le 29 janvier 1968 à Limoges.

 

Docteur en sciences économiques et titulaire du Master 2 « Droit et Economie du Sport » du Centre de Droit et d’Economie du Sport de l’Université de Limoges, Arnaud ROUGER possède une très longue expérience au service du football professionnel français.

 

De 2003 à septembre 2020, Arnaud ROUGER occupe les fonctions de Directeur des Compétitions de la Ligue de Football Professionnel. A ce titre, Arnaud ROUGER dirige le pôle de la LFP en charge d’assurer le bon déroulement des compétitions organisées par la LFP. Contribuant à la programmation et au suivi disciplinaire des rencontres, la Direction des Compétitions veille aussi à l’homologation de plus de 7000 documents contractuels par saison, aux conditions d’accueil et de sécurité des spectateurs, et à la délivrance de la Licence Club.

 

Réuni le jeudi 17 septembre 2020, le Conseil d’Administration de la LFP décide, sur proposition du Président de la LFP Vincent LABRUNE, de nommer Arnaud ROUGER Directeur Général.

Arnaud ROUGER was born on 29 January, 1968 in Limoges.

Arnaud ROUGER, who holds a doctorate in economics and master's in sports law and economics from the Centre of Sports Law and Economics of the University of Limoges, has a wealth of experience in the service of French professional football.

 

From 2003 to September 2020, Arnaud ROUGER held the position of LFP Director of Competitions. In this capacity, Arnaud ROUGER managed the LFP division in charge of ensuring the smooth running of competitions organised by the LFP. Contributing to the programming of and disciplinary follow-up for the matches, the Competitions Department also ensures the approval of more than 7,000 contractual documents per season, from the conditions of reception to the safety of the spectators and the delivery of Club Licences.

 

Meeting on Thursday 17 September, the LFP Board of Directors decided, on Vincent LABRUNE's proposal, to replace Didier QUILLOT with Arnaud ROUGER as CEO.
